5 stars! So easy to work with and they saved the day for our MSU student event when another company flaked. The charter bus was clean, comfy, and had strong WiFi. Booking was fast, customer service (shoutout to Daniel) was responsive, and the price was better than most quotes I got between Lansing and Detroit. I’d use Charter Bus Company East Lansing again for any large group travel.

We contracted with Charter Bus Company East Lansing for a multi-day corporate event in East Lansing and they were fantastic from start to finish. We had a charter bus going between MSU campus, a few hotel blocks, and dinner venues downtown, everything ran exactly on time. The bus was spotless, comfortable, and had strong WiFi. Great service! We needed a charter bus to get our corporate team from Lansing to Detroit Metro Airport in the middle of January, and Charter Bus Company East Lansing was one of the only companies that could handle it on short notice.
