Booking was fast, customer service (shoutout to Daniel) was responsive, and the price was better than most quotes I got between Lansing and Detroit. We contracted with Charter Bus Company East Lansing for a multi-day corporate event in East Lansing and they were fantastic from start to finish. We had a charter bus going between MSU campus, a few hotel blocks, and dinner venues downtown, everything ran exactly on time. The bus was spotless, comfortable, and had strong WiFi.
